Supervision for Psychotherapists

Supervision is an essential component of practice for all professional, registered psychotherapists. It offers a reflective, inquisitive space in which to explore and present client work.  Together, we examine dilemmas and concerns with the aim of deepening understanding of clients, their worlds, and the relational dynamics at play. Supervision serves as a form of support, nourishment, and ongoing education for therapists at every stage of their professional development.

My approach to supervision is profoundly reflective. I work relationally and phenomenologically, paying close attention to how the supervision space itself may illuminate the client’s world. By noticing what unfolds between supervisor and supervisee, we often discover subtle clues and insights that can foster meaningful shifts, supporting transformation both in the therapist and, in turn, in the client. In this way, supervision becomes a wise, steady ripple of support for both client and practitioner.

I am a senior Recognised Supervisor (RS) and a UKCP-accredited supervisor, qualified to work with UKCP and BACP therapists as well as psychotherapy and counselling trainees. I offer both group and individual supervision in London and St Albans.

My fee for supervision is £75
